Holistic and Individualized Care
In all aspects of their practice—Reiki, massage, and music therapy—ViK views the body as an interconnected system. They focus on natural rhythms of movement to support expression, communication, and overall well-being. Through music therapy, they help individuals develop a stronger sense of body awareness, supporting proprioception (understanding body position), vestibular function (balance and gait), and sensory processing (visual and auditory integration).
ViK also works with clients to explore the root causes of vocal and physical expression, considering whether sounds and movements stem from distress, anxiety, sensory needs, or a deeper need for communication and self-regulation.
Commitment to Inclusivity and Trauma-Informed Care
ViK approaches their work through a body liberation and weight inclusivity lens, honoring each individual’s identity and lived experience. They bring compassion and understanding to every session, recognizing that trauma is a part of every person’s story and that healing looks different for everyone. ViK’s goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward greater balance and self-awareness.
